Open Question: Question about Canesten thrush tablets? I've got 6 x 100mg and I need to take one each night for 6 days?

Or 2 each night for 3. I've taken 1 x 100mg for the last 2 nights because I didn't realise I could do it the quicker way. Could I now take 2 tonight and 2 tomorrow night to cut down the amount of time I need to be using them for? Or should I carry on as I began? (ps. if it helps it's not actually Canesten, I live in Egypt so it's Candistan, same packaging, I assume it's the same as the 1 off pessary you get in England but less concentrated, hence 6 x)...
